About the Role
Our client, a nationally recognized architecture firm ???, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support dynamic construction projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things organized ??, and enjoys being the go-to person for communication and coordination.

? Key Responsibilities

  • ?? Act as the central hub for project communication between teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • ?? Manage daily priorities, track tasks, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • ??? Support the construction phase with documentation, RFIs, and submittals.
  • ??? Maintain accurate and organized project records, file structures, and document control systems.
  • ?? Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and deliverables.
  • ?? Upload, download, and manage project materials in Procore.
  • ?? Assist with project closeout activities and field report preparation.
  • ?? Attend site and coordination meetings, capturing key updates.
  • ?? Support punch walks and compile punch lists.

? Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience in architecture, construction, or design environments highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-energy setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Procore (intermediate+), with Power BI experience as a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to security clearance requirements.
